Step 4 of preparing for wildfire is screen vents and seal gaps to prevent embers from entering your house.

• Install 1/8” metal mesh on eaves and attic and crawl space vents. (Can be installed right over existing ¼” mesh vent covers.)

• Seal gaps where embers could enter (under eaves, decks, siding joints)

• Install spark arrester screen on chimney and keep it clear
